Every worker applying for a GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) work visa must complete a mandatory medical examination through GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centres Association), managed online via the Wafid platform. A GAMCA medical status check means looking up the result of that examination on the official Wafid system, which confirms whether you have been declared medically fit for your visa or whether your report is still being processed. Wafidbooking cannot see or change that result. Checking your status early helps you plan your visa stamping and travel without delays.

Most GAMCA medical reports are ready within 24 to 72 hours after your examination. If nothing has changed well beyond the time your centre quoted, contact the centre directly.
"Fit" means you passed and are cleared for your GCC work visa. "Unfit" means a medical condition was found that needs review. "Under Process" means results are still being finalised.
