After your GAMCA medical examination, the centre uploads your result to the official Wafid system, and you can look it up online without going back. Wafidbooking cannot see or change that result; here is where and how to check it.
Step 1 — Allow Time for the Upload
Most results are uploaded 24 to 72 hours after the examination. A lookup made the same day usually returns nothing yet.
Step 2 — Use the Official Portal
Go to the official Wafid portal, wafid.com, and use its medical status lookup with the passport details you gave at the centre. If you cannot access it, ask the centre that examined you.
Step 3 — Read Your Status
The status shows as under process, fit or unfit. If you booked through Wafidbooking, you can separately track your booking and download your appointment slip on our booking status page, but that page does not show medical results.
What You Need
Your passport number exactly as printed, and your nationality. Nothing else. Have the passport you were examined with in front of you, so the number matches exactly.
Why a Lookup Sometimes Returns Nothing
The most common causes are simple and all fixable: a typo or an extra space in the passport number, the wrong nationality selected, an examination too recent for the centre to have uploaded, or a booking made under a slightly different passport number. Check the number character by character before assuming something is wrong.
Reading the Result
Fit means you passed and your visa process can continue. Unfit means a condition was identified that does not meet the destination country requirements. Under process means the record has not been finalised. Each is explained in full in our guide to understanding your GAMCA medical report.
How to check your report
- Wait 24 to 72 hours after the examination.
- Open the official Wafid portal at wafid.com.
- Enter your passport number exactly as it appears in your passport.
- Select your nationality from the list.
- Submit the form to view your current status.
- If nothing is found, re-check the passport number and nationality and try again.
