- Refunds will only be considered if your booking request was properly submitted and verified with accurate candidate information.
2. Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund of $8 or ₹500 will be applicable only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made for the same appointment.
- New appointment booked while another Wafid medical appointment is still active.
- Appointment booked while a previous medical report is marked as “Unfit” and still valid.
- No response received within 24 hours to our email or WhatsApp request for additional booking details.
3. No Refund Conditions
No refund will be provided in the following circumstances:
- If the booking has already been confirmed or the GCC/Wafid slip has been generated.
- If the medical center has already updated the candidate’s Fit/Unfit status.
- If incorrect details were entered during booking and not corrected before confirmation.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after verification.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Additional Notes
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via official communication channels (Email or WhatsApp only).
- All refund requests are subject to review by the Wafid Booking Verification Team.
- In some cases, a cancellation fee or handling charge may apply based on payment gateway deductions.
