2. You can cancel your appointment after it is confirmed Also but before the medical test result is updated in the system as "Fit" or "Unfit" using our wafid cancellation Appointment service. Please note:

• A cancellation fee will apply.
• The amount paid for the original appointment is non-refundable

1. If a candidate has an existing Fit/Unfit medical report, on behalf of a new appointment can only be booked after the report expires.
2. You may appeal for Gamca appointment cancellation / Wafid appointment cancellation before the medical examination takes place and before the Fit/Unfit status is updated by the medical center.
3. Once the Fit or Unfit result is declared, you must wait 90 days from the report date before booking a new appointment.

1. Cancellation before a particular period or condition, we will rapidly refund the amount after deducting the cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation before generating the GCC slip: Refund will rely upon the following case.
3. If you cancel the GCC registration within prior’s hours of registration then you will get a refund after the cancellation fee will deducted and the refund amount will be  Rs 500 or 6$. The amount will be credited back to your working account within 7 to 10 working days.
